Payment Policy
To confirm a booking with Zyvora Travel, a minimum advance payment must be made within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Standard bookings require 30% of the total billing amount at the time of booking and the remaining 70% at least 30 days before departure. Some hotels, airlines, transport partners, or international bookings may require a different payment schedule, which will be shared before confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
The booking amount is non-refundable unless specifically confirmed in writing. Cancellations made up to 30 days before departure may attract a cancellation charge of 20% of the total package value. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure may attract 100% cancellation charges. Failure to complete scheduled payments may lead to cancellation without prior notice.
General Policies
All guests must carry valid government identification at check-in and during travel. Accepted documents may include passport, voter ID, Aadhaar card, or driving license as applicable. PAN card may not be accepted as address or identity proof by many hotels.
Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the trip captain, driver, hotel staff, local authorities, and Zyvora Travel operations team. Inappropriate conduct, unsafe driving, harassment, damage to property, or behavior that puts others at risk may lead to termination of the trip without refund.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Zyvora Travel will not be responsible for delay, loss, itinerary change, extra cost, or service disruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, road closure, landslide, war, epidemic, strike, government restriction, natural disaster, civil unrest, transport disruption, or similar force majeure events.
Traveller Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, health, conduct, and compliance with route and safety instructions. Any damage to hotel property, vehicle, equipment, or third-party assets caused by a traveller may be recovered from the traveller.
Medical Self Declaration
Mountain journeys, bike expeditions, treks, high-altitude routes, and remote-region trips involve risk. Travellers should consult a physician before travel, especially for Ladakh, Char Dham, Kedarnath, high-altitude, trekking, or long-road journeys. Travellers must disclose medical conditions and carry required medicines.
Property and Supplier Services
Zyvora Travel acts as a travel planner and booking facilitator for hotels, transport, activities, guides, and other travel services. Final services are provided by respective hotels, vendors, transport partners, and activity operators. We assist with coordination but do not directly control every property or third-party service.
Complaints
If a traveller has a complaint, it should be reported immediately to the trip captain, supplier, or Zyvora Travel support team during the trip. Complaints raised after completion of travel may be difficult to verify and may not qualify for refund or compensation.
International Bookings
Passports, PAN card, visa documents, and any destination-specific documents may be required for international bookings. Flights, hotel availability, room category, resort inclusions, visa timelines, and foreign exchange rates remain subject to change until full payment and confirmation.
